Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Rosé de Pinot Noir Bourgogne, 2024 plum brandy and pie crustThis wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir. 85% of the grapes come from Hautes Cte de Beaune, with the other 15% from Santenay, from 55+ year old vines. Clay and limestone soil for bursting freshness and acidity. The Pinot Noir grapes are direct pressed, and aged in 2 3 year old barrels. A very juicy ros with wild strawberry and citrus on the palate.
