There is a lovely decorative embossed brass fitting on the top of the grip

so this rifle definitely did see a good amount of use while in service

which shows a lovely pattern of light checking and crazing due to age

This is a heavily service worn example of a Early War production OD Grade issue Stainless Steel Case 17 Jewel wrist watch, with a stainless steel screw back closure. This wonderful example has been tested and runs smoothly. It was manufactured for the US Army, and has a tan face with radium luminous numbers for night use. It has the name HAMILTON on the dial face. The band is a genuine WWII period produced example.
