In its hardshelled case of issue, recessed medal bed, case extremely fine; with cardboard box, inscribed "Rote Kreuzmedaille 3. Klasse. Zur von dem Beliehenen" and named in pencil "Klein" on the lightly soiled label, box near extremely fine.
