This is a Pre Early WWII German Kriegsmarine Wall Plaque, which features and attached plated alloy bust of a German sailor, with a small placard below it reading Sturm 11 1937. The sailor is wearing the standard Tellermtze "Donald Duck" cap, with a Reichsadler on the crown over a cockade, and a cap tally that reads: Marineunteroffizierlehrabteilung, or "Navy Under Officer Training Dept". Unteroffizier is the standard
