This is a wonderful example of the traditional Soviet Union Naval Officer's Dagger, which has gilt brass alloy mounts, and comes complete with a sword belt and hangers. The blade ricasso is maker marked and dated with HM3 1945, and has a serial number on the reverse: NO 21679. The grip of some sort of yellow ochre type bone. The pommel has a Soviet Star on the tip, and the USSR Emblem on the side. The brass mounted
