Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, affixed with all four attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of dark slate grey rayon threading with silver aluminum wire chevrons, with a silver rayon underlay, culminating at each end in a loop for uniform attachment, unmarked, the insignia measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), the lanyard measuring
