An oval silver medal; the obverse depicting a coat of arms, circumscribed FR TAPFERKEIT UND BETRAGEN (German For Bravery and Good Conduct); the reverse inscribed with the crowned royal monogram, dated 1809, surrounded within a laurel and oak wreath; on a loop for suspension; measuring 32. 28 mm (w) x 43. 17 mm (h); weighing 17. 2 grams; with
