One of a Kind. This is a very neat AAF send home box lid from a box sent home by Staff Sergeant John G. Marlowe, 350th Bombardment Squadron, 100th Bombardment Group. The lid measures 11 x 16 and retains the original certification signature of his superior officer. The lid has a small tag reading UNEXPOSED FILM which would suggest some of his bringback items were film reels. The lid is post marked from: S SGT JOHN MARLOWE 350TH BOMB
