Big Arts and Crafts Amethyst Necklace Sterling c. 1940 bezel set Weighs 21 gramsA late American Arts and Crafts movement necklace circa 1940 made of three large openwork plaques with bezel set amethyst cabochons. This piece came from a nice estate and did have an extremely dark patina the first time I saw it, which was moderately removed by the time it came to me (not by us, we love patina!). In great condition and looks amazing on! Measures 20" length. Plaques measure 1. 75" at the widest, largest plaque measures 3. 25 x 1. 75".
