Gebhard Leberecht von Blcher (1742 1819) was a Prussian Generalfeldmarschall (field marshal). He earned his greatest recognition after leading his army against Napoleon I at the Battle of Leipzig in 1813 and the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. This is an outstanding small statue of Gebhard Leberecht von Blcher in uniform near the end of his life. He carries a tremendous Blcher saber and sits atop a base measuring 3 x 3
