Austria, Empire. Two Bravery Medals United Republic of constructed of heavy pressed cardstock(Tapferkeitsmedaillen). A grouping of two bravery medals, consisting of 1) A Silver Bravery Medal Second Class, Third Award. Issued 1866 1914. A round silver medal; the obverse depicting the rightward facing bust of Kaiser Franz Joseph, circumscribed by his name and title; the reverse inscribed Der Tapferkeit (German Bravery), within a laurel wreath; on a loop for suspension; on a loop for suspension from a correct replacement ribbon with two clasp;
