It is dated to August 6, 1943 and signed by an SS Obersturmfhrer and Battery Chief, the name could be Mattausch or Mattausek. Footnote: Gnther Meuser was born on November 18, 1921 in Hagen (western Germany). He was a member of the HJ from 1933 to 1939. Meuser joined the 9th Battery of SS Mountain Artillery Regiment on
