This single vineyard wine embodies a subtle, delicate style with notes of violet, iris, limestone, and wild currant. Silky tannins and a soft, satin like texture make for a truly precious experience. Only 2,000 bottles produced. Pair with pan roasted duck breast in a morello cherry sauce.
