Constructed of a field grey card stock binding with 56 paginated interior pages lightly filled with handwritten and stamped entries, named to JACOB MOTES, retaining a certified portrait of the bearer, accompanied by two supplemental documents, measuring 10. 5 cm (w) x 14. 5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition. Footnote: Jacob Motes was born on 18 May 1926 in Fischeln, near Krefeld, Germany. He performed mandatory Reich Labour Service
