Crafted from turned hardwood to imitate bamboo, it features a shaped carrying handle and original leather seat with a gorgeous aged patina. Designed for travel and ease of use, it combines practicality with 19th century elegance and would have accompanied officers or travellers on campaign, or expedition. It is in good antique condition
