This is a nice example of a True Crusher visor cap, worn by enlisted men of the Army Air Forces, identifiable by the wrap around chinstrap that covers the entire circumference of the cap. The cap has a worn darkened celluloid lining on the top which makes the information difficult to read, so we cannot make out the maker. The size label is still retained on the back which is a 7. This is the classic "bombardier"
