Here we have two nice condition U. S. M1 bayonets with a 10 inch blades, made for the M1 Garand Rifle. Both have been set up for "parade use" by having their handles painted black, and come complete with modified WWII Issue M7 scabbards. This bayonet design is essentially the same as the earlier M1905 M1942 bayonet, but with a 10 inch blade instead of 16 inches. The first of these were "cut down" from longer
