Constructed of Gold with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with red enameled arms, the quadrants joined by finely detailed imperial eagles, three of the arms completing in stylized horn, with the twelve oclock arm bearing a fan with an integral loop connecting to a suspension
