Painted on the right side of the helmet is the North Vietnamese Army Viet Cong Flag with an NVA soldier holding a machine gun and a woman holding a rocket launcher. One the opposite side it reads QUNG TR 1969. Speculation surrounds helmets like this, as to whether it was truly done for a Vietnamese soldier or done after the
