Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, overlaid by diagonal stylized wings bearing a German national eagle with initials R. K. L., the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and non functional vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 45. 94 mm (w) x
