Constructed of cast aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, overlaying a ribbed ring bearing oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M4 22 Christian Theodor Dicke, Ldenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), a rare buckle in extremely fine condition.
