Stand up collar with blue piping on the collar, cuffs and tails. Many of the buttons are dated "47" these could be replacements or original to the tunic, it is nearly impossible to date this other than between 1943 1947. The ceremonial brass buttonholes on the cuffs are pinned directly to the tunic fabric. The
