The ruffled cuffs are so beautiful and the cuffs, collar and panels are lined in ivory silk. This dress is in very good condition for its age. There is a pin hole in the lining of the panel and there is some wear to the lining of one of the cuffs as shown, that looks much more severe in the photo.
