This is a very nice example of a totally original WWI German M16 Helmet shell, with a great worn in look, and some battle damage on the rear skirt of the helmet. The original green paint is still well retained inside the shell, with about 50% still present on the exterior, with a lot of surface oxidation and wear. The rear of the helmet looks to have shrapnel or bullet damage on the rear right, which has torn out a
