Instituted September 14th, 1936. c. 1940 issue. Constructed of silver, with red, white, black, blue and yellow enamels, on a single toe claw for suspension from its correct replacement ribbon, unmarked, measuring 40. 3 mm (w) x 49. 3 mm (l), weighing 24. 15 grams, the enamels fully intact with a pleasant and even patina from age and wear, in extremely fine condition.
