Offered in good used condition and complete with cinch strap. Some parts are definitely deteriorated and need to be reconditioned. We were able to find arsenal markings which show are stamped as Rock Island Arsenal 1918 and the 11 INCH SEAT marking on the front. It has "D Rings" on the front and rear of the saddle, which would indicate it was used by Horse Artillery drivers. Please consult the pictures for the finer
