Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a shield consisting of a blue and green background overlaid by a machine embroidered silver grey crossed arrow and sword, topped by an inscription of IDEL URAL, marked BEVO WUPPERTAL, measuring 70 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
