Not only is it attributed, the grouping consists of most of the few items needed for a great display; uniform set, dogtags, helmet and campaign cover! The grouping is attributed to Private William H. Folsom (ASN: 833884) who was a member of 22nd CO, Company L. We have not been able to determine exactly
