Alta Alella ‘Etiris PB’ Pansa Blanca Alella, 2024 fruit liqueur bottled at a cask strengthThis wine is made from 100% Pansa Blanca, the Catalan word for Xarel lo. The grapes are grown on sandy, granitic soils, harvested delicately by hand, and fermented in neutral stainless steel vats at very low temperatures for a delicate extraction.
