Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of Takovo, III Class, c.1900 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac measuring 25 mm and 30( Orden Takovskog Krsta). Instituted in 1865. Type IV (1878 1993). In silver gilt with red, blue, white and green enamels, monogram of Prince of Serbia Mihailo Obrenovi III (1823 1868) on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 42. 6 mm (w) x 72. 6 mm (h inclusive of its crown suspension), marked 800 silver on ring, small enamel chips 9 oclock arm and on the crown, on an original full length neck ribbon, remains extremely fine.
