It is covered in a tone on tone fan like design. The top is blousey, with a slit in the front and open back buttoned at the neck and in the center. The skirt has a fitted waist to an asymmetrical upper hip, embellished with swirling designs of rhinestones, black sequins and beads. There is a bow at the hip, with the gathered skirt cascading down in subtle
