The set includes a 2 star plate on a metal rod for a Major General, and a 3 star plate for a Lieutenant General. The plates are painted red with the stars affixed screwed into them. The 2 star plate measures 4" x 8 " with the rod protruding 4 out. The 3 star plate measures 9" x 6. They are both in fair condition with
