This is a very nice set of OTTOMAN Turkish flintlock pistols, made in the late 19th century for the Tourist Trade. They are made very much in the same way the late 18th early 19th examples were, however the functional components are definitely of lower quality, and they were never intended for actual use. These pistols were very popular with the "Barbary Pirates" of the Mediterranean sea, and were made in
