This is a very nice U. S. Three Star Lieutenant General's Military vehicle identification fender placard, from the Korea Vietnam war era. The plate looks to be made of stainless steel, painted entirely red with 3 plated alloy stars attached. It measures the standard 9" x 6" that the U. S. army uses for their vehicle rank plates.
