The oversized hood has a few tacks at the shoulder, revealing a peak of red when the hood is down. It also creates a gorgeous shoulder drape for the wearer whether the hood is up or down. The dress has black buttons up the front, structured shoulder pads, and is fully lined. This beautiful vintage dress was made in France and has the black
