The magic fabric is light, breathable knit denim. There's also no zipper, buttons or belt loops pull them up and on, tighten with the drawstring (easy and convenient). We put standard chino pockets on the front and a roomy back pocket for a wallet or "the goods." We also added a small locker loop for key chain if you need. All adds up to JEANIUS. Sits at the waist.
