Our agaves are roasted in brick ovens for 72 hours to unlock the unique flavor of the tequila and create a signature taste. Our 80 hour fermentation process with a special yeast blend guarantees a consistent, refined flavor, while 2 months of stainless steel aging provide sweet notes of citrus and vanilla.
